I’m the tech-savvy friend, grandson or son you wish you had on call. Not everyone has the time or the know-how to keep up with technology, and you shouldn’t have to.
I grew up surrounded by computers and never stopped tinkering. I’m a Cyber Security graduate, I’m still studying IT, and I started TechTLC to put that to use helping people across Canberra.

What can you help with?
Almost anything tech-related. Setting up new computers, phones, printers and TVs, fixing Wi-Fi and email, virus removal, data backup, password resets, wiping old phones, and security checks for your internet and smart devices.
How much does it cost?
Every job has a fixed price, listed on this page. Most are between $60 and $100. No hourly rates and no hidden costs. If you’re not sure which one you need, call me for a quick quote.
Do I pay if the problem isn’t fixed?
No. If I can’t fix it, you don’t pay. I only charge when I’ve delivered something that works.
Do you come to my home?
Yes. I come to you anywhere in Canberra and the surrounding areas. There’s no need to unplug anything or bring it in.
Is there a call-out fee?
No. The listed price includes travel within Canberra and nearby suburbs.
I can’t see the thing I need.
That’s fine. I can usually help with most home and small-business tech, even if it isn’t listed. Call or email and tell me what’s going on, and I’ll tell you straight away if I can help.
How quickly will you get back to me?
I usually reply within 1 hour. If I’m out on a job or it’s after hours, I’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
